The TMM Team

When you deal with TMM for the first time, unless you have been specifically referred to a member of the team, you will be allocated an Account Manager at random as a result of your phone or email contact with the company. Alternatively you may read about our highly experienced team below and make your own choice and approach them directly via their email or direct phone lines.

If you are already dealing with us you may want to know a little more about your Account Manager and (assuming you have not met) take a look at a photo of them.

All of our team have worked together for many years and if it turns out your requirements demand a more detailed knowledge of a particular area you may be referred by your initial advisor to another member of the team but be assured they are all highly professional and whoever you instruct will work diligently to help you achieve your aims as soon as possible.

If you would like to share some comments about any of the team please email Simon at
simon.tyler@tylermm.com
and we may add your comments to our site.

Anita Burgess

Anita has spent her whole career to date in the financial services sector. After school in 1987 Pearl Assurance invited Anita to join their staff after a very successful period of work experience there whilst still at school. In 1989 she joined Cheltenham & Gloucester and worked her way through 3 branches before finally being based in Holborn until March 1999 when frustrated by working for such a big organisation she was encouraged by some of the existing team at Chase to join a smaller more flexible company.

As Chase continued to grow Anita was quickly relied on more by the management and within 12 months had been made Administration Manager, eventually looking after a team of 12 of the finest mortgage administrators in the market. Over the eventful decade at Chase Anita grew to be an integral part of the management team through many good years and played a big part in the enormous efforts that were made to keep the business intact in the face of the recession.

Once Chase went into Administration Anita volunteered to help maintain a service for the work in progress to ensure clients were not let down. After the launch and formation of TMM and the granting of a licence from the FSA Anita took up the post of Mortgage Administration Manager for the new Company extending her skill-set to encompass some accountancy work whilst still maintaining daily contact with the TMM advisors, clients and lenders. Old Chase De Vere clients were delighted to hear another familiar voice on the phone.

Anita became a Monther in 2010  and  as a result of  her time constraints handed most of her role onto her old colleague Marian Toole but has retainded  her connections with the team but handling  the Business Quality and Complaince Checking Functions for TMM and  Assisting Simon with the adminstration of his Mortgage Clients’ files

Anita lives near Chelmsford in Essex and she and her husband are very  actively invlolved in the  raising of their two Sporty Boys.
